I keep coming back because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour security, snack bar, fitness centre, saltwater pool. The staff even returned my forgotten earphones! Perfect place for a holiday.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The facilities were well-managed and secure. The central location made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The unexpected upgrade to a spacious penthouse suite made our stay truly memorable. The staff's relaxed approach in accommodating school kids was impressive. The pool and complimentary pool towels were a great addition. The rooms were lovely and the staff made us feel super welcome. The location was awesome. Loved the complimentary water. Amazing experience overall!

Very comfortable and spacious hotel, central location, tailored to business travellers. Clean and tidy with daily housekeeping. Friendly staff, well-managed and secure facilities. Great water views, well-equipped room with cooking facilities and delivered breakfast. Immaculately clean, modern, and quiet. Helpful check-in receptionist. Huge car park, drinks and nibbles, slot machines, and comfy seating in the reception.
Nothing to mention.

The location of this budget hotel is quite convenient, one can easily explore the town centre by walking either right next to the doors out to the lift area or out to the right along the river. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, providing a variety of options to choose from. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped with all the basic amenities one could need. The staff was friendly, and the service was prompt.
The hotel lacked a restaurant for those who preferred to stay in.

We were stoked to explore the region where the first Polynesian migration canoes landed. The hotel was chill and the staff were legends, always hooking us up with helpful tips and recommendations. The best part was the sick location, right by the beach and close to all the rad party spots in town. We had a blast!
If there was one thing we could've asked for, it would be more epic nightlife options for young party-goers like us. While there were some cool bars nearby, we were craving more places to dance, meet new people, and have a wild time.

The staff were super friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with stunning views of the waterfront. Parking was abundant and easily accessible, which was convenient for our romantic getaway.
The room itself appeared tired, with cracked edges on the side table. We could also hear noise from the hallway quite easily.

Our room at Portside Hotel had a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities, including salt and pepper. We enjoyed making our own breakfast and the views of the lake were beautiful. The saltwater pool was a great addition as well. The staff, especially Heidi, provided excellent service and the room was always clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the cleanliness of the bathroom walls and the need for a comfortable chair in the room, our overall stay was enjoyable. We would recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location. I would recommend this hotel.
